| Just below freezing. Pleasant. This site is getting better! Early start tomorrow. Dogs out at 5 am. Back in their cages. Female Corso is getting to be a year old. Another two weeks. English mastiff male is inhaling odours. Plus have two more males here. Things are going to get hectic soon! Take care folks. |

| There is nothing more rewarding than the love between a human and his/her dog, there love is unconditional, and I would have missed the best parts of my life if I had not experienced it, several times over, the only sad part is when they go to a better place.
Regards.

| Big Mastiff is Goofy. Cane Corso female is Sheba.175 lbs for the male, and about a 100 for the young female. Puppies every one wants. $200 each. But there will be none! Have two other males here just panting but getting old. Australian Sheperd cross and the smartest one, Border Collie cross son brought back from Saskatchewan 7 years ago. I have had to shoot two over the years. Old and infirm. Now I just inject them with Stresnil. |

| The best dog I ever had was a border collie, more intelligent than many humans.
Our present one is a cross between a lapso and a chihawa, don't know if spelling right but he looks like a mere cat with a lovely mask and as for training he has just about got us his way of thinking.
Regards.

| it's very hard letting them go, they work their way into your heart, become part of the family. i have a brittany that is 13 years old she's the best friend i ever had, just dreading the day when i have to say goodbye.
got another brittany pup in april she just turned one year old and is a real had full, smart as whip. somehow she got out into the back forty and got stuck in the snow, i walked 1/4 mile with snow up to my waste at times to rescue here, longest 1/4 mile of my life |

| But well worth it, there is a special bond between a dog and the owner, that is rarely duplicated with any other animal, the expression on their faces at times is beyond belief and their ability to read ones mind, mind boggling.
The fact is that they give unconditional love which is a very scarce commodity.
I can look back on the times I have enjoyed with my past four legged friends and cry my eyes out, and then on reflection think how lucky I have been to enjoy their short but eventful lives, all those who have had the same experiences should be grateful for having done so.
Regards. |
