| it was fun and games hes got Alzhiermers and he used to be very handy at diy but its all gone he was just trying to knock nails in with drill and things like that got one done could have done all 4 b ut what can you do but got to get them done pigeons have killed another big one today sorted pairs out so asap they are going into boxes got mate coming up later to sort cocks out for me |

| Hi all got my nest boxes done now just need some more advice please when pairing up do i put both pigeons in nest box or just one of them to start with been told a few different ways so i thought i would ask the pros for advice thanks denise |

| if their new pairings iw ould put the hen in the box and let the cock see her from outside at first when you introduce the cock to the box turn the nest bowl upside down so the hen can get on it out of the way of the cock as some cocks are very aggressive ...if its a pair that have been together before then put the pair in it should be no problem at all ...no spare cocks or hens in that section with the boxes should see successful breeding atb |

i do this with my racers and it works well provided you have the correct amount of cocks and hens else it never settles down ...similar to what denise has already tried...have found the best way is to let the cocks pick their own boxes and once settled to those boxes then introduce the hens |
