Well the trees are paying homage by continuing bowing down to the wind. Rain none stop since yesterday.

Always complaining David should be thankful etc your alive to see what ever your weather may be there I suggest . Weather here Ok for Winter, being again & around 18C etc . Now every man & his dog is out tossing down here today, except that is one old fella as such who yesterday got all his baskets out from hibernation & gave them a good spray with disinfectant for the enjoyment factor & is recovering from the Rota virus scenario    .

Sorry to hear about the virus problem Knackered, trust it goes from whence it came, there never used to be all the health problems as there is now, fanciers who have defied nature have a lot to answer to.


However, we oldies should consider every day a bonus.

Well started to rain yesterday tea time … been threatening for some time.
Rained through the night and still raining … the odd lull is drizzle,
More reason to put the price of crops up.

June 10th and guys were planting corn here yesterday. Should have all been in 3 weeks ago.Rain 3 days, dry 3 days seems to be the norm. Ground is wet. Not much of a chance to dry. Hundereds of acres to plant here. Soy gets planted next. Planter is a big one. 32 rows at a time. China not buying soy so probably a glut this year. Or if farmers cannot plant good price. Most wheat here was sprayed to kill it. Too wet a winter. Poor growth. Alternate is Soy.

Like hitting ones thumb with a hammer I suggest O/S Pain for 2/3 days etc but then all back to normal as such except for 2 though .

awful here wet and windy yesterday was a washout with near a months rain in a day

Dull here   so not long before we get the rain ect
