Yes Boosey. Few more whites, reds etc, to move over. Yet still based on performance. Maybe hawk bait but so far over the years not really a problem. Would rather go with perfomance than pedigrees. But must admit, like the colours!

The good, the bad and the indifferent come in all shapes and sizes and colours.


Just hope there are a few good ones amongst them.


I always preferred multiple colours , far better to watch them picking about than all one colour.

Yes early bred some of them. Survivors!! Very bad breeding early. Other years fine.
I have six bands here that were on the first six banded. These bands have been on at least two other young pigeons each. Birds die or I kill cut the leg off. Save the band. But life goes on. Weather I cannot control. Loft temp may be but why? Too expensive. Heat. My experience does not make a difference to young bird performance in racing them. No more early breeding. Oh well we live and learn.

Smile Smile Rings come out here every year Hal Smile Smile on July the 1st etc. Geordie mate "club ring secretary" bottle washer lol! lol! lol!  & every thing else required there  to keep his club running as such bounce bounce had a member ring him the other week for some rings for his late bred's as such. So no one way of how one must do things I suggest with our birds Smile Smile. cheers
