Gave my hens a 21 mile toss today from a regular spot I train from, never had a problem in 4 years, they didn’t even do a turn and shot off fast and low.
I went home for lunch an hour and a half later and only one home, then another 3 then a few stragglers but no sign of my best hen that’s won 8 cards
At 630 she came over the horizon with 4 tail feathers missing, no other injuries,
Well pleased, a lucky escape, no race for her this week.
