The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.

hi all .... just woundering how much rest should a young bird have that come home late last night wich as hit wires it wasnt open wound but looks worst than i thought but took all feathers of chest and small hole by the neck i have sprayed with nti septic spray ....

hi phil, one of my yb exchange birds hit wires last week and gashed her chest........it healed itself very quickly but if you wanted you can buy antiseptic healing powder which is pink and heals cuts over the counter from the chemist, or alterativly you can use baking powder to dry the wound up and help it heal..........
