The N.E.H.U race from Melton Mowbray 21/4/2012 was won by Peel bros of South Shields, they took 1st club 1st fed, also taking 2nd and 4th club and 15 of the 25 birds clocked in the club......well done Peel brothers.

our first bird was 310th today, around 7 - 8 mins behind the winner .......still not bad as they all more or less came together

That is one thing I feel a little unjust when several pigeons arrive at the same time and the one that fights it's way onto the pad is the winner.
Feel the first pigeon landing on the loft is the winner myself.
Read in America that although the first timed is classed as the winner those within a certain margin are all classed as the same in respect of winnings etc;
Still doing well to have an interest when so many were lost.

about 750 birds I think ray...yes I hope it improves to but I suppose to still have 2/2 in it with about 50% losses at this stage then we have to be grateful ...I sent the best I had atb

Under the circumstances I feel we are doing very well and if we have one in the final one could not wish for better.

yes, doing well i`d say........still 2 birds in after two hot spot races, and at the moment with 750 birds still in it, anything can win .
lets get two birds to the final, see how they do then .......ive every confidence in them.
