| Wonder if all the people watching maybe make the pigeons do a round, around the loft.
Watched them land but sure I saw shadows come and go before the first birds landed. |

| I thought exactly the same I would imagine a few on the beer getting a bit excited ,they are not far from the loft about 60 ft I suppose ...would be unusual for them to see a crowd their but never saw any taking off once landed |

Look at the pigeon it wanted to be in the loft not in a picture and i bet it was difficult to handle and Jeremy had to take an extra hold |

| I would be slightly annoyed were it my pigeon having just flown that distance and in testing conditions, although he obviously thought he was doing the right thing.
Can see no point in all the photographs in the BHW and the RP myself.
Regards. |

| looks like a handful of feathers, doesnt look a dark yb, so i assume it was a late arrival to the loft as its just moulting round the neck , not as a dark bird would look like . |

| just goes to show, its not just the big, nicely moulted ybs that look like yearlings that win, nice lookers arnt necessarily always good uns. |
