| If they are Belgium pigeons just Google their union.
The rings may be Belgium but that does not mean the pigeons are.
Good luck in finding out.
Regards. |

| great idea, and yes I found FCI logo on ring. it is also true that only ring doesn't reflect if it is real fci bird - MISTY wrote:

Regards. How true, how so very True Misty. No all that shines is gold eh! When in Canada I stayed with a very good fancier there for a while. His dad was a Belgium, living in Canada. He mention a renowned British fancier, a household name here, that supposedly sold Belgium pigeons bred by a top Belgium Fancier! A 'friend from Belgium whose was a world renown fancier to boot! Indeed the fancier I stayed with was a good friend also of this Belgium fancier. He told me, in confidence never to buy as such … for the rings only were sent to this British flyer, though supposedly he attained them direct from Belgium! I later repeated, in strict confidence, to a mate who was thinking of buying from the British Fancier DON'T and why. I got an irate phone call from this seller of fraud and the pigeons. Threatening me! Stating I was lucky if one of his partners didn't find out where I lived and getting a well deserved hiding. Lol I didn't actually take that sitting down. I called him back asking for the fellows number. To slap him, and his two partners down. Indeed I said - Honestly - 'I would fight him, and his two partners one after the other for a 'Purse'. All the winnings I would donate to a charity / cause of their' choosing. They never bothered to ask regards where the money go if they won a fight! Seems the so called mate- no longer a mate - had put them wise, and they couldn't apologise enough. Indeed welcomed me to go to their pub/ marking station and having a pint with them. |

| Yes, it is sad but true that ring only can't determine if this is original pigeon. Here in pakistan many people import and after years we found that most of them had fake pedigree Whenever I add some new blood to my group, I don't expect much from them. I breed them and test offsprings to make it sure they are worthy or not. Only basket is a real test they should pass - Daz wrote:
