| Purple fiched, red polls, snow buntings heading up to the tundra. Red wing blackbirds, Robins size of your thrushes, all here one time or another during the day. Cow birds in flocks. Males brighter, females udder ones.. Hummingbirds and swallows arrive Spring will have started. Washed the window for better pics but raining so hard now waste of time. |

| You are very lucky Hal having such a variety of wild birds, must give much pleasure.
We used to have a reasonable variety some while back but in most places they have been almost wiped out by raptors, the latter having been introduced having been bred and released.
We have plenty of house sparrows and nearly as many wood pigeons, the latter so tame they are breeding within arms length of the house.
Sea gulls are also resident in a house opposite, wish they sang like a nightingale.
Makes me mad when I think back to going egg hunting as a youngster, nests in nearly every other tree of one kind or another.
Regards. |

| Yellow one looks similar to canaries I bred for over 40years, far better on a feeder than in an aviary.
Could spend many hours watching the wildlife you have over there, but not the weather at times.
