David, said in the BHW in the early 70s that the whole system was corrupt.

Told definate instances of those at the top fabricating evidence, ignoring the Rules and behaving like dictators and more important feeling not answerable to anyone.

Made a suggestion that no one should serve on the Council for more than three years.

Along with several other suggestions regarding the financial goings on etc;

Went to Council once which opened my eyes to the Clique and the incompetance of those on the Council.

The Chairman was an idiot. he had not the least understanding of the Rules, just a well dressed faggot.

Tried to expose the whole lot.

My efforts were ridiculed by the likes of Saddon and Lakin, saying the whole South were fed up with my ramblings, ( I wasatthetime corresonding with several of the most prominent South fanciers.

They were and still are happy, they get out of the sport what THEY want and stuff every one else.

Tried for the last 45 50 years to change things, too many who could help are happy with things as they are.

Nearly every aspect of the Halls report represented what I have said years ago.

APATHY< APATHY< APATHY.

Five people attempted to expose matters were elected and the Old Brigade disposed of them. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????.

Regards.
