| anyone else pair by a full moon ...i have last 2 seasons and this year ,seems to help them bond ,beaking in the moonlight ...should get a hatch around the next full moon 28th jan all being well if this cold snap dont put them back ,all settled to there boxes now it went very well considering all but 1 are new pairings ,good luck for the breeding season to all members whenever you pair up the hen that bred rpra olr finalists the last 2 years(with different cocks) has been paired to yet another ck ,my best race cock this time around ,always looking to improve for you lads atb |

| Took Misty forĀ walk in Peasholme Park, saw a pair of what looked like racers in perfect nick and the cock driving like mad, think they may know something we do not.
Same with the woodies, looking at old nests in the garden, no leaves on silver birch where they breed every year but still around the old nests.

| Full moon here Coyotes howl. Had some big moons lately. Wild pigeons in the shed nesting. Wonder how they all survive! They eat maize without polishing it and raw soybeans without roasting. Salt off the road etc,. |
