Finally got Paired Up Today

managed to get them paired up today, was a nightmare seeing who went in what section, they all look the same ........good job i wrote ring numbers down last year when i separated them

have 3 new pairings to sort out in the next couple of days .

should have paired up earlier really misty, i`d have liked to have ybs ready by the end of the month ......ive 160 rings to get through

Same, same just hope David has been in training etc thou O/S all that extra ***** type of thing that will be required there now to be moved .

seem to have all settled down over night, not much fighting ...will wait until tomorrow to put the new pairings together

Had a look in at some of the auctions David, by the bids on some there appears no doubts in some minds that all will be well, four figures in many cases.

i always remember what ken / friendslofts told me years ago ..........it takes at least 4 pigeons to make a decent pie

I could believe that after all David Ken was the one that said your wear fish net type stockings & high heels when you apparently greet folk at your front door there etc.

reminded me of my Geordie mate down here etc Misty always said life was hard when he lived there as such back when & I've often seen him go back to his old ways here at times, when he takes the fresh laid eggs out of the units on race night, cracks them  then eats the lot with a good simple swallow moment of enjoyment .

Funny thing Knackered, after reading that could picture my dad cracking a couple of hen or bantam eggs into a glass adding a bit of milk and swallowing
the lot.

Alway made me gip.

We always kept poultry.

Made me wonder here Misty back when, how I chose my mates type of thing first time I saw him do it in the end thou, common sense told me an egg is an egg & matters not how it finds its way inside ones tummy as such . Even still remember my bird egg days here of climbing trees when young. Often crashed to the ground       with a mouth full of sparrow & the like type eggs    .
