yes all this years young (some of the better ones i hope)
there are 2 breeds on the slide show)
chinese owls (feather dusters)
limerick tumblers (feathers on feet)
same as racing lads do with all the diffrent strains/familys
by selective pairings

only 2 breeds....? wow, thought there were mostly all different breeeds. scratch Embarassed ive found racing takes up a lot of time but i emagine show birds will too as they will need keeping cleaner than racers as they have feathered legs etc........think my favourite is the first bird. Very Happy what is it steve?

little chequer is a chinese owl
normally bin the chequers but this looks a good un so far anyway
i find them lot less time consuming than the racers
plus i only get up at daft o clock now if shows are distance away

always seem to be on the scruffy side
i do same with limericks dark cheques go

some say im a bit harsh and should rearer them and sell (they not cheap to rearer a good young with todays corn prices either)
plus thats how you end up over crowded
then all the problems start
so thats just how i am
like to breed the type and colour i want
