Dolle top speed

Hi,
we are aware about Jan Arden's Dolle , she was finest pigeon of that time.
I found from Machiel Buijk website that she flew upto 980KM and had repeated victories.
I am trying to search what was speed to travel 980KM at that time? how many days she took to reach home? etc.

I am also trying to get such information about wagen and Stichelbaut , but only their victories mention there... if you are aware about such details , please share or if any web reference, it will help

some very good information from  piet de weerdt and henk de weerdt on this subject tanveer,a very informative book is the memoirs of piet de weerdt as it has alot of history about the old jan ardens as piet was a personal freind and a fanatic of the jan arden,you would be very surprised to know the foundation of these pigeons ,2 pairs were given by the german army from there carrier pigeons in ww2 to jan for his good treatment of the german officers in his guesthouse and so it all began from there ... mind you when the germans left town jan got some rough treatment off the locals

the memoirs of piet de weerdt ,also lokk up henk de weerdt pigeons and piet de weerdt pigeons ,but the book is called "the memoirs of piet de weerdt" maybe google the name followed by racing pigeons ,i have the book here it was gifted to me by a good freind

Great little read etc O/S Story behind the story type of thing & puts maybe a different tone to his real character, as one could perhaps say .
