Deepest sympathy, had a few years of depression after losing my first wife, recriminations, what if etc;etc; Took a long time to realise pills are not the answer. Took a few realy good friends to pull me through. Just hope the young fellow recovers fully and you get out and get involved good friends and company help more than anything. Regards. |

| depression not nice george, i dont think tablets make any difference, they cannot alter whats in your head .........thing that gets me is the so called "experts" saying snap out of it, think positive, occupy your self etc etc .....obviously they have never been depressed and have no idea what its all about , they are insulting you really .
hope you feel better soon george, and your friend is on the mend |

| depression can be hard to shake off and should not be taken lightly, have to remain positive and be busy but easier said than done most times, the yanks have thrown some dodgey pils over the pond for us to eat to cure this but most seem worse for taking them ,my sister was on serotonin boosters but we got her off them in the end but what a nightmare they were |
