whats the quickest way to report a stray and find out the owners contact details ...?

Ring the RPRA (reverse charges) only joking))

Used to be able to contact the owner within minutes.

Sooner returned to the owner the better and not all strays are dummies, often the owner is.

found out if you text 07888860186 a text will come back within a couple of minutes with the owners contact number and email .

the yb stray i managed to get hold of today, after it hanging around for over a week and feeding it, belonged to our x secretary who lives in the next street, i could stand on my garage roof and throw a stone and hit his loft.

or better still hit him ..........
