A few recent Photos

a few pictures im going through which i loaded onto the lap top, i havnt been able to put them on until i bought a new lead.

these were during the better weather.

i usually keep a couple back each year george, just because the parents arnt getting any younger ...i can keep the bloodlines going .

yes its heavy darren, looking for one the same then i can put them either side of the front door .

yes the van reets do quite often breed a third bar yb, this year i kept 2 back which turned out to be heavily penciled , which are very nice birds now they are more or less moulted .

no george, i have no red van reets, they are all blues, blues white flights/ pieds, with the odd chequer.

the only red i have is an old red cheq janssen hen.

Yes, likewise, could not afford the planters, we have old chimney pots at the front
from very old houses but have cyclamen in them for the winter flowers.

Cannot think what it is like breeding so many youngsters, must be a nightmare.

we have one as a planter darren, i think its a king type, perfect condition with all the spikes, had it around 15 - 20 years although we stopped putting plants in it years ago.

i remember the day we got it for £10, lifted it and pulled my back ........

We have three straight up and down red clay ones at the back with a ridge around the top, behind me when I took the pond photos, and three at the front.

Two of those at the front are like a castle and bluey black and square with a fancy top, the other round. grey and like a fountain for a better description.

Know the former two are very, very old but cannot find an example on the
internet.

Thinking of getting my son round to show me how to post pictures.
