Have all the time in the world down here fortunately, for genuine refugee types that come through our legal process/channels & front door. The back door scenario thou I'm   like your boat folk there on average I have no time for unfortunately. Down here yesterday was what we call Australia Day holiday. Celebrating that Cook thing from back when. Black fella mob here & the Woke brigade up in arms as usual, but most I suspect don't give a rat's about them on average here. Local celebration (one of many across the country) went on local yesterday to mark the day 45 New Australin families there by chance from 45 odd different countries who tied the knot to become true blue Aussie types now & live by our general laws & beliefs of the day. While most black types just moaned & groaned about life in general, I suspect & where to get their next beer & next freebee somehow from our government of the day here. Now those here who may just take offence at what I say somehow. I say     maybe perhaps just google, Problems in Alice Springs  as an example & there general everyday issues & see where certain local folk types of old there & their younger ancestors of today are now doing there somehow sadly in general & then perhaps maybe simply ask oneself, why.

Credit to you George I say. Did your bit for society there as such I suggest Pity the spongers of today thou in society now, just don't have your work ethic etc.

The UK has always welcomed genuine people intent on making a new life for themselves and abiding by the appropriate Laws.

Tis the drug, criminal and unethical elements that spoil the whole scenario.

Tis the right type that have improved matters in many cases, trouble being we have far too many of the others.
