| Had 2 sections out today for first time , 18 cocks 18 hens. Must say we'll pleased as everyone of them went in their right sections. So really pleased with that as that's a first . |

| Birds doing better than I thought. Using traps as well as doors. Soon only way in is the trap then the work begins |

Look forward to it. Approaching worst time for raptors, hens looking to build up prior to laying. As if the sport has not enough troubles. Should have been seen to in the 1970s but then we are talking RPRA. Anyway all the very best. Regards. |

| two big kites circling around here yesterday, never bothered the pigeons, although the pigeons do watch them and are wary of them ...... |

| Had the birds out on Monday morning before work and lost a blue camphuis hen to a hawk going to keep them in till the weekend when I can keep a eye on them |

| when i used to have mine out i used mirrors placed at an angle around the loft, as big a mirror as i could find..........the sun would reflect off the mirrors and in theory distract the hawks,
did it work, im not too sure, but i cant say i ever had a strike when i had the mirrors out .......i suppose a dull day wont have helped much though . |
