- David asking for a friend on Elimar who pays the commission buyer or seller or both
the buyer pays a buyers fee on top of the winning bid, plus i pay a percentage of what the birds make .....so elimar get it both ways . Far better way of taking fanciers for a ride than actually working for a living.and good profits for aids to win and assortments of pigeon equipment and adverts etc; Could understand it if there was no profit in it and done for the benefit of fanciers as a whole. . One thing that has contributed most to the sports decline is commercialism, and a few so called pigeon fanciers are up to their kneck in it. Regards. . |

| last young birds for 2023 have just gone on elimar last night, managed to get them on around 11.30 last night.........they will be on there until 7.30 sunday evening . i had the last 10 to go on, but one of the ybs came out of the nest box and went into another one, sadly it got attacked and pecked by a cock, so that meant i had to put 9 up for auction....looking at the bird its not too bad, ive had worse, but you cant sell someone a bird which is damaged.........what ill do is offer it to the buyer for free if he wants it. just checked and theres a bid on them |

| Far better result than it looked like at the start David.
Can now have a rest, one of the best pigeons I ever bred was badly pecked as a young bird when going into a friends loft as a gift, Armsrtong his name, brought it to me and said should he kill it, I said no it might knock some sense into it.
It topped our four local club several times and would have won the Vaux Usher had it not returned to it's original loft instead of the present one.
Every pigeon with a chance should be given one.
Regards. |

| yes colin, the corn bill will be reduced drastically once they have all gone and the old birds separated , plus i wont be needing to buy the more expensive breeding mixes .
these last group will be going to a fancier in broxbourne, hertfordshire |
