| anyone can take photos/videos in public, it isnt against the law.........there is no expectation of privacy in public .
this is why whenever a crime etc happens the police always ask for dash cam footage or any cctv footage etc , |

| Think if we were aware of all the intrusions into our lives through various means we would stay in bed and make sure the lights were out and our heads under the sheets.

| yes george thats correct, if its facing directly into their living room or bedroom etc, you will need to turn it away.......you can have cctv that points outside your garden as long as its not intruding on peoples private lives ie spying on them or posting it all over the internet ..then again they would have to prove this was the case . . |

| If pointing on your home shed whatever it's nothing to do with anyone. I have ring doorbell pointing onto a terrace Street. No complaints... |

| Cannot beat good neighbours George some people's lives are ruined by the bad ones.
Always good friends with ours, one for over 40 odds years, the other bought another house and rents out the one next door.
The couple have three children and never hear them at all.
But we do not associate with them.
School opposite and at the back the posh house but they have large gardens and a fence between us and them is solid 6 feet high, our back garden is about 20 yards so neither bothers the other.
Would not like problem neighbours.
Regards.

| These cameras can be set to send you alerts if any movement in garden or wherever. Plus you can set it to turn the lights on them as well , record and even track |
