| Been movement at the station down here in a rather big way etc in a pigeon type sense over the weekend. Auction of sorts been going on for my body, as Knackered as it is by different local clubs for my membership by 3 different Icon type pigeon folk down here from 3 different type clubs of high esteem. All 3 Icons in different ways all house hold local names of high repute (2 actually, country wide, east to west, north to south etc) one even over the weekend end here sold me a fancy fancy electronic type clock etc & said in a quite honest fashion, it's like shelling peas to learn as such, being simple, simple WRONG it appears I'm apparently, as a simple minded sole like myself a general know nothing type, somehow has apparently found a glitch in their program system when trying to enter ones birds here to race somehow with their clock. Even discussed my issue here with one of the other Icon flyers here that rang trying to do business (a clock expert) & he said amazing been doing electronic clocks for well over ten years now & never have come across or even heard anything about your dilemma type moment when setting up ones electronic clock with data. Now for any clock setter experts watching here perhapes ponder what my problem/issue may just be & you may just perhaps maybe learn something of what one can maybe do or not do with a simple electronic type clock, but be warned best to think outside the general normal box type scenario when thinking, as my little major issue in normal times would never effect I'm sure, 99.9% of those entering data into ones pigeon clock before racing I somehow suspect fortunately Now another Now here as one could perhaps say, in a kind way. Mr B*****g could one ask, maybe. Why is it so as I suspect somehow it shouldn't be so type of thing maybe. |

if i ever do race ive got the use of a ETS supplied by our club, all members have them loaned to them . Yes David, heard a long time ago some clubs put in for grants to purchase ETS for all members and think all clubs should have done. Liked clocking them myself part of the fun. Regards. |

| yes misty if i remember right our club did put in for a grant, not sure what happened but we actually got over £5,000 given by the cricket club where our head quarters are to buy 17/18 ets , i think they remain the property of the cricket club though .
ive never used one but it looks easy enough to set up on you tube videos . |

| Said at the time of the discussion regarding the ETS any fancier not there to see the pigeons home ( could be injured and need attention) should not be involved in the sport.
Still hold that view.
