After our horrific day down here yesterday flying roofs trees down type thing anything today for me is a bonus type moment End of the story now any body like to guess who spent yesterday here waiting for his birds being our race day type moment because the weather at the weekend here was a complete & utter no no for our liberation.

Agree miserable day down here also I'm Not that I care as such because house full of traddie types here today thankfully start of all our repairs as such after our recent fire. End of the day pain in the **** general house/content insurance etc but something wise folk require I suggest if somehow maybe things go belly up in a tragic type way .

good job you got house insurance knackered, would have been in trouble if you hadnt ...... we only started getting house insurance 3 years ago when our neighbour had some building work done, we thought it best just in case the the whole block came down .......

No change in the weather here.

Fire/Water cannot do without either but real problem at times.

Becomes worse when one is directly adversely affected.

Must be a real pain in the kneck Knackered, just hope things get sorted quickly.

Insurance a must for any house or property owner, in particular in these trying times.

Many here cannot get insurance if they live in places prone to flooding etc;


On a happier note Knackered well done with the pigeons.

Have no idea what the winners price ended up at, know they kept others on the auction for an extended time
