its horrible here george, raining and cold,. im sure it wasnt like this the same time last year .......... it seems to be coming winter quick

Think maybe get my son to show me how to put the photos on the site but my camera I got from work after 25 years is now our of date cannot get films for it.

Only have a cheap small phone that takes pictures do not think it would do the job.

Only have it for if have to call the AA.

still cold and wet that means more heavy rain

Bootifull morning, sun shining but cold.

Son and son in law just going to spread two large bags of gravel to the bottom part of the garden, bet they are two or three hundred weight each, looked on ticket does not give weight, rather them than me.

They are attempting to make matters maintenance free.

Personally liked to see the trees and a few healthy weeds.

Think the birds that enjoyed the trees etc; will be disappointed bet some have bred and lived in the garden for years.

Thats life.

Gravel spread on top of layer of liner, son ordered two more bags for Monday,
how they barrowed it I know not, glad they are paying for the garden as a 25th anniversary present or I would have to go pub singing.

beautiful day, sun shone all day and warm with it.

Got some jobs done on outside of loft, now its 3 years old the timber claddings have dried and shrunk so been busy with the silicone sealant and aluminium cover strips over the front facing joints. Also around the louvres, always a pain facing east on top of a hill once the rain starts driving horizontal.

Nice in the spring and summer though watching the sun come up

Under instructions down here today Misty     to go buy 4 bags of tan bark as such for you know whose garden here etc. Come home thinking my effort would be somehow appreciated type thing shot down in flames though I'm as was told in rather a harsh manner/way I brought home the wrong type of bark as such Weather wise     cool & cloudy thankfully with a few spots of rain & nothing like yesterday here where local parts nearby cracked the 40 odd range.

Sunshine here at the moment but very cold.

With trees gone miss the birds, still have the feeders out but think some have found pastures new, not very happy about it.

Just hope the idiots do not spoil the Rememberance Day.

glorious morning once again, finishing loft front jobs, big bonus is the giant out of control eucalyptus that's always looking to crash onto my loft in high winds, is coming down today in neighbours place

Know your feeling there etc Colin on the hawk issue I see a golden opportunity unfolding thou maybe. You should perhaps be grabbing as many of those eucalyptus leaves there now as you can & make a health brew for your birds type thing End of the day I often dream here of one day of maybe somehow finding myself in your position here with my neighbour's gum trees as such. Never happen though I'm problem living in a green belt type area were trees here have more rights than the local rate payers etc I'm  .

Always go in the car to the seaside walk do not like walking
on pavements with my four legged friend.

Car frozen up, first time since last Winter.

Enough to freeze the cockles of your heart or something like that.

Will watch the Rememberence march past and just hope the idiots do not disrupt it.

Misty by the news down here etc. Bunch of total morons I'm but standard for the day now the way many of them unfortunately think I suggest. End of the day     half of them I suspect     more than likely brainless & just part of the general rent a crowd mob looking to  fill the day in somehow.

Peeeeeeing it down.

Sat in the car for half an hour hoping it would ease off, I get two papers every day my wife likes the cross words (not the verbal ones) so hunted for some good news.

Started off earthquakes in Iceland, riots in our streets, crooks in high places, Israel pounding away, Ukraine a mess, more illegals coming in in rowing boats the last few miles with an escort to make sure they make it etc; etc;

Got so depressed decided to risk getting drowned, nearly but not quite.
