| why would they be breaking the law george ,all it gives is a contact number for the club the rings were issued to or if bought off rpra then you have to phone them ,no info of any individuals is given out |

- data protection
Do not know if it applies in this instance George but can remember three creeps using the disabled card to get the ETs introduced and the RPRA refusing to say who they are, said they would take it to court, I got and supplied written confirmation from the Government department that the RPRA were not under any obligation to introduce it, the refusal to name the creeps is still a sore point with me. Regards. |

| i remember last year our secretary asking members about our phone numbers, i didnt take much notice about it at the time ......it may have been something to do with data protecting.
so now anyone can text a message to the rpra about a found stray, and they will text the finder back within minutes the email and phone number of the owner........is this why we were asked about our phone number ? |
