Latest Dog Photo

this is the latest dog photo of our "new dog", we have had her 9 weeks already, its gone quick ........ she was very thin and dehydrated and was very under weight , shes looking a lot better now

Impressive etc David reminds me somewhat thou I'm what I see here every morning when I first look in my bathroom mirror type thing.

Good to see her doing well David, never forget your old pals but nice to have new ones.

she already had a name when we got her misty, not a name we would have picked ....... they named her sapphire, saff or saffy for short .

they bought her for breeding, to make money as pups generally go for around £5,000 upwards each, my daughter and her boyfriend paid £6,000 for theirs 3 years ago which they had imported from spain.

sapphire was bred and they thought they were going to cash in with the pups, but she had to have an emergency caesarean for only 3 pups, 2 of which died so they were lefty with one pup which would only cover the cost of the operation.... they were advised not to breed from her again so they kept her in a cage 24/7 and rarely fed or watered her, the usual thing for these type of dog breeders is to farm the female out to drug addict types in exchange for money or drugs, but after a year or so they realised she was of no further use to them and tried giving her to a dog rescue who wouldn't take her in the end, hence she came to my attention and we ended up taking her .

She has found a good home David and looks more than pleased.

Sad there are so many thoughtless individuals prepared to do anything for money.

Drugs are the cause of many of our problems, when a million pounds worth of drugs are washed up on the beach and must be only a drop in the ocean regarding the whole imported into our country, WHO ON EARTH IS TAKING THE ALL ?.
