| Ybs on natural and having a fantastic moult , really pleased as I think it makes a massive difference. They just look healthier and obviously quicker so they can go in their new boxes soon |

| these darkness youngins just starting to moult now, most still have 7 or 8 flights to go. Be into January to get the end flights up for quite a few. Trying something different with 75% good quality barley on the menu. Rest made up of left over race mix and a cheap bag of moulting mix chucked in. They enjoyed a bath today, been like a summers day dawn till dusk. Just clean them out once a week now, need to get numbers down but don't like getting rid of young birds that haven't done anything wrong. Difficult choices to make. |

| Pleased with the way ours are looking now on natural. That's the reason I didn't like dark uns they take ages to go through the moult , some cocks seem to struggle to cast the end flight for some reason |

Nothing wrong with 75% barley, for me the best barley to use new harvested barley feed 100% within a few days they will start to drop apart you can add oil seeds to the barley to help when growing new flights. |
