Family face loosing home over pigeons.....

thought members would maybe find this article interesting, the fancier either has to get rid of his birds or sell his house........wouldnt have thought the law could make him sell his home if he refused to get rid of his pigeons ?

had a read of this david,how come they are in dispute over planning?is the loft of brick structure or something?wouldnt have thought a wooden loft would need planning permission.

yeah littlehen i thought the same.i know that if you didnt get planning permission for a brick loft or even let the local councle know of a wood loft they can make you get rid. when i first moved here i got permission from my council to have my pigeons,since then i have had 3 complaints put in to them as my birds are always clean and tidy and the councel has given me permission at the start there nothing they can do,so i feel there is more there then we know about.
