| just want to find out what do you think is the best to give your birds ? because today i had my birds injected for PMV and my friend who did is also a top eye sign man he looked at some of my so called better birds and he thinks they need worming just by looking at there eyes , they haven,t been wormed yet in the next few days they will be they got wormed twice last season but what do you use , i use ascaplia tablets . |

| high kev funny your asking , i was talking about this the other day with rod adams and he was telling me there is only one product that actually kills the eggs aswell and thats easifen you can get this through hyperdrug but dont use when on youngbirds or racing as it affects the moult the other product is moxidectin this does not kill the eggs though so a burn out after treatment or a spray out with verkon s will do the job hope this helps mate |

| he did tell me what he used but i can,t remember what name it is but its only available from a vet my mate said he could not believe what came out of his birds when he used it , he says there pupils are to big they should be smaller but should be ok with being wormed . |

| Kev d, like eyesign myself, and there is somethin in what you say when louella lofts had shows entered a eyesign show 3 hens, showed a van den bosch hen which i had the friday from ireland as i showed her the sunday
Bill Carney was the judge and when he saw her he commented on her and said she had cocci and respitery just by looking at the eye
So your freind Ken d may be right ( I wounder who he is) |

| have heard them say you can tell the birds health by looking at the eye, but dont know how.................. |

| mmmmmmmmmmm interesting, would love to know what he saw?? for me i thought worms were an infection of the intestines, so what that does to the eye, interested.. |

| i can understand possible upper respiratory being indicated by the eye, but worms..........
Kev, can you ask Alan what he saw, as i havnt wormed for a couple of years and to be honest always watched their appetite and droppings only for signs?? |

| equvalan is best one i have used well the only have seen get any worms out of them |
