| judging by the photos they look ok phil, maybe a bit of paint and the odd repair are usually needed to it depends how much he wants for them and is the rent paid for in advance for so long or do you have to pay rent on top of price of lofts.....?
ian will be the man to give more help/info i would emagine. |

| yes lads ive bought it today i move in the last yb race .. to start cleaning them out and painting then going to move my birds over and try and settle them ... so as any one any tips on breakeing in me birds im going to split them off till end of jan then pair them .... |

| shouldnt be hard to settle them then phil, once you transfer them into the new loft keep them in a while to aclimatise then just let them out..........obviously they will come back home to their original loft but just catch them and take them back straight away.
i suppose its similar to mooving ybs into the old bird loft as its only a short distance away. |
