calling it a day

well lads /lasses ive decided to call it a day with pigeons. thought i would get a real buzz out of it after a long absence but im not .work is picking up and birds are very time consuming lost a kit of 5 young uns this morning and i think that tipped the balance. im not a quitter just second time around didnt quite do it for me .i thank everyone on this forum for there help and freindliness and i hope you all have great sucess in what you all love PIGEONS!

so what will you do with your birds have u many. how long u have them

only got 25 birds and they will be given away to club members only been back into sport just over a year

well its a shame to lose you ,i do hope you change your mind

your right ray, suppose thats why I keep only a few birds in a small loft, I would feel the same way about pigeons whether I had 100 or 10, my enthusiasm will never die

yes true ray, we are all different and have different thoughts on them, maybe its because ive been away from them for about 22 years and never really gave them a thought since packing in around 1986, even if i decided to leave the club and not race i still would keep some pigeons as i do enjoy having them and watching them exercise especially.........i have no intentions of getting rid of them regardless of weather i race or not.
