yes don, i think he could win....he needs to box him and keep moving for the full 12 rounds if possible as i dont think he could knock him out, altho you never know do you ? if he lets valuev bully him and back him up hes had it.....i think valuev is very limited in his boxing ability tho and i also think that if he ever got knocked down he find it hard to get up.....a lot of people said evander holyfield won when he fought valuev by lost the decision on points
