Any One Going

Is anyone going to the Somerset One Loft Race I will be their on Sunday 11th with a bit of luck to watch our birds come home 1st or 2nd I hope

Thanks all we can do now is hope the birds do their job and the wind drops a hell of a lot

Its looking like the race wont be on Sunday as the weather man says strong winds its looking like they are going for tuesday at the moment

ive read on another site the somerset one loft race has been cancelled due to the bad weather forcast fair play to the organisers for cancelling it and not throwing the birds away

The race is not on Sunday at the moment their going for tuesday, I dont no if we will get their as it gives strong wind for monday and if it is strong wind the boat wont go, its a case of wait and see

One thing I got going for me is its allready in the loft

I know this thread is from last year but it is still apt for this year at the Somerset One loft race 2012. Is anyone going? I will be flying into Bristol on the 8th of September to see this Final on the 9th September. It would be nice to say Hello and put a face to some of the fanciers that post on the Site. Lol, are you going to the Final Ginger? it should be a fantastic atmosphere there and I cant wait to get there. I hope the weather is fair to the birds and returns are good epecially yours and our birds.
