just read on another site that the somerset one loft birds are not transfered to the man who runs it, they are still in the breeders names............. as we all know oneloft races have to apply for a licence from the rpra if there is money/prize money involved, to run the races to rpra rules etc, so does this mean the somerset oneloft is not and run to rpra rules........? wonder which other onelofts are not licenced.......?

No birds in the europa classic are transfered, but they are independant from any feds or organisations.

He was not trainning/raceing from any of the RPRA sites its basicly like anybody els you pay to go on a rpra sites the birds wheir not tranceferd to him you just payed him train/race them for you, if the birds was reported if it was within 20mls of him he would get them for you anything further than that it would be your responseabilty

David you were saying the birds was not tranceferd to him have you thought about that, if the birds was in his name their would only be one winner him if he wanted to keep the money he would be legaly intiled to do so as they would be his birds

hi ginger, im going on what mark brown said about onelofts having to be licensed by the rpra, this is why we had to rename our oneloft to "test loft" i didnt think it was legal to train/race a pigeon which isnt in your name...... plus where money is involved as prize money its supposed to have rpra permission so im led to beleive.............
