Not too sure what got me into them, we have always had alot of animals, and my dads always wanted to keep pigeons, this year was the easiest to start due to some family problems, we went down to the club, were welcomed really well, had my first 2 birds before I knew it and now we even have stock birds

great to see young blood ,once your hooked its lie an addiction , but i couldnt imagine not having them ,how people pack in the sport after several years i dont know , still get nervous before a race and still get that buzz on return
