| just a thought , what is your opinion on the hardest route our pigeons fly i can say ive flown birds in to yorkshire from the south coast and southern france and from lerwick ie shetland isles in to yorkshire , but i think living down in the west country somerset and every race is all ways a head woind 99 % of the time and from france they hit the coast line and have to dog leg back a extra say 90 miles adding nearly 90 mins to there fly then they have to face the BOP what frequent that part of the coast line , this is just my thoughts on the subject as ive done both and i can say its very hard to get a decent team together racing in this part of the world cos in national racing they have to contend with the drag and the sw winds we get nearly every week . any thoughts on this please add them on cheers all . |

| we up her ein the northeast do,nt get many head winds to be honest,i must adamit i do,nt like them every week like you lads get kev but i do like the odd ones to sort the crap out so to speak..a nice steadt flying day is what we want .a lot of good birds are lost in head winds for one reason or another, the main ones being the wires.at the end of the day we can only race what we race anyway ead or tail winds, but i suppose at least who you are flying against are all in the same boat |
