| what your thoughts on this i was told a while back that a hen that has these so called TUSK's are excelent breeders ive never taken ant notice but what do you think ? |

| hi rene , i have a gabby hen with them she tends to breed my better yb so could be some thing in it . |

seen plenty with tusks that where very good breeders and also seen some that aint think in most cases its a trait in the family of birds sean |

| derick smith swore by tusk cant argue he won up north combine
still say its the finest team of birds ive ever seen
but you dont see that many |

| i think i tend to agree with what sean says, it runs in the family..........its the same as when the feathers curl on the wings, ive heard this said its because they are super fit, but its because it runs in the family........... |

| might be a trait not sure but the 3 hens i have with tusks have bred good ybs but may just be a coincidence |

i have a blue hen that won the national at club level and was second section and 38th combine she has tusks , but havent got any youngbirds of her the last two years shes stopped laying only 4 years old aswell |
