| But what we need to do now, is use the term The Persecuted Pigeon. It will soon catch on. |

| I gave up the fight g, but now I'm being dragged back into into it. If I was in a pub and there was some loud mouthed self opinionated bigot mouthing off that all pigeon men were lying criminals, then I'm sorry my fist would collide with his jaw and one or the other would break. But now I am battling with keyboard warriors, this is a whole new experience to me, but the snidey little shits are now trying to use my own words against me, even turning jokes around to make it sound like I would sneak out of the undergrowth and while they are watching bops through their telescopes, I would hit them over the head with a log. It was said as a joke, the t*t. |

| It's the ignorance of them that really pisses me off. They pose a huge health risk to humans, bollocks. my Amy is getting excited now, because the birds will be flying out soon, bless her. |

| Yes David, someone who ran a pest control company once made up an elaborate list saying that the the feral pigeon carried over 250 diseases that could be transmitted to humans. This was totally disproved and the company went out of business. There are only three diseases that could possibly contracted, but the chances are extremely low and could also be passed by other birds or by even digging in the garden. 1. Histoplasmosis, is a disease caused by a fungus, which grows in pigeon droppings. It also grows in soils and is found throughout the world. 2.Cryptococcosis, is another fungal disease associated with pigeon droppings and also grows in soils throughout the world. 3. Psittacosis (also known as ornithosis or parrot fever) is a rare infectious disease that mainly affects parrots and parrot-like birds such as cockatiels, and parakeets, but may also affect other birds, such as pigeons. When bird droppings dry and become airborne people may inhale them and get sick.
They just cannot bear to be proven wrong. Because they have this thing, they think that us pigeon fanciers are some sort of lower beings and that they are far superior to us in every way. The Persecuted Pigeon, just doesn't stand a chance with these people. |
