just had to put a y/b down both legs smashed and breast ripped open duno how it landed never mind got back its clear its hit the pylons down the road it always bloody happens knocks the stuffing out ya when this happens and i knew it would cus it dose everytine here theres so many of then

I think it's going to be one of those weeks mate.
I've just had the council on the phone they want to come and inspect the loft as the miserable old Bast**d next door has said it's unhygienic and poses a health risk as he can't breath, he won't breath when I get me hands around his throat.

have they made an appointement gary, if so i dont need to tell you to have the loft ans surrounding areas clean and tidy...........also the loft isnt over sized by what i have seen, plus it obviouslt is far enough away from the neighbours house to cause him any breathing difficulty........

you dont HAVE to let the council on your property you know gary, tell them you are removing their "implied right of access" and under what law they are inforcing......? by you letting them onto your land you are consenting to their rules, tell them you do not requier there services and you have commited no offence...........

also remember get ya phone out and video them, they cant object, its legal.

had them toss pots here years ago next door reported me anyway the council came her reply was what prestien conditions you keep your birds in ive no problem with you keeping them 3 days later a letter arrived comferming i can keep them bless her

Sorry to hear the bad news

It's quite neat and tidy, the surrounding garden is not full of crap. So I've got a week to jazz it up and make it look the part.
I didn't want to paint the interior of the loft, but I am going to do, but the first section I am gonna paint it the night before, so it's spotless.
In their handbook it clearly states that you are allowed to keep pets so long as they are kept under control and must not be kept in a way that poses a risk to health and safety of another person or cause a nuisance or annoyance to neighbours, only if you live in a maisonette or multi storey flat you need written permission.

sorry to hear about this g ffs always something with ybs i had 3 missing yesterday but all turned up but stil 1 down from training .......hang in their g i know its not nice m8 poor bird ,and as for neighbours i had the same aggro and they came down and said all is well so i put another 2 lofts up after ......bet me neighbour wishes they never bothered hope it goes well gaz sure it will be ok m8 atb

what with the weather hawks nosey naighboures pylons it must be we hate pigeons week ffs

Cheers guys, I have just been in with the neighbours on the other side of me and they said they don't have a problem with the birds or loft. I did mention it to the other neighbour but he must be getting a little senile, because he said to me do wot the Fck you like.

well dont forget to mention it to the council when they come gary, even offer to take them round to speak to these neighbours.........when are they coming ?

i dont know why you dont report the old git next door to the police for threatening to attack you with a crowbar, your wife was a witness !!!!!
i know they wont arrest him but as you have a witness they will go round and have a word with him, make him feel like a criminal.

My Mrs has had him cautioned as last year he threatened to hit her.
The neighbour from the other side of him is ok and has defended me and the birds as her Dad used to keep pigeons.
They are coming next Thursdsay.

I'm looking forward to the councils visit, I might even get my local councillor to come round.
Considering what I have done for the local community they should welcome my efforts for getting kids off the street, you never know I may get some other of locals involved.
I pity my neighbour, because if I have to take the loft down, I'm just letting the birds go free and am going to feed them every day and maybe they will roost on his window ledges and crap all over them.

Ive already started on a back up plan if it all goes wrong, there's an old who has a big allotment behind my back fence, I'm going to ask if I can rent 30 ft off him and build two lofts facing my house and put a 100 pigeons on open hole.
