Light cloud and sunshine here today, am just getting the boys sorted for school and will then be out in the back garden doing some finishing touches ready for the council visit.

The old bastard is gloating, thinking he's victorious.
I lost the plot the other night and went to give him a slap, but my Mrs and one of the neighbours stopped me. I just had enough of him.
As old as he is, he is a horrible person.
We was just writing a catalogue of events down over the last year and to be honest it's horrendous, he's gone to hit my Mrs, tried to kick one of the kids, last year he was cautioned by the police.
He has tried to hit me dog with a stick.
I defended this guy last year against a gang of yobs and this is the gratitude I get.
He makes me sick mate.

morning steve, its basically because gary has built a yb loft in his garden, and a neighbour doesnt like it and has complained............

is it council or private house ? if its private if it adheres to enviromental heath rules there sod all they can do. when i built mine 1 neighbour said its your house do what you want the other dont like it but she didnt moan to much, the bloke at the back kicked a fuss up, i called our council they said are you a private dwelling ,when i said yes they said its nothing to do with us as long as envi/health dont moan.
He hasnt complained to them because im his boss.
Legally the RPRA have funds to fight neighbours complaints

It's a council property.
I had it all at my last house, but because it was private they sent the environmental health round, I has adhered to all the regs, there was nothing they could do.
I have looked at the tenants handbook and it states pets are allowed as long as you keep them under control, that's it.
Don't get me started on the RPRA.

only going on what ive been told, but in council properties the loft has to be a certain size, winter so many birds and be a certain distance from the house........also if you are a member of either the rpra, or a member of a club you are supposed to be ok.........

dont quote me on this as its on what ive heard.....

The last battle I entered was to fight kevs case, the RPRA rep attended and said to him officially you don't have a hope.
I was not happy at all with this and armed with my camera and notebook, I went about describing in full detail what i was going to do.
We managed to reach a compromise and kev was offered another allotment charged at £1.50 for the first three years as part of the inconvenience.
It's amazing what a threat of negative publicity can do.
