| i have wire doors on all our doors,we leave them open all day especially in the winter .i hate stuffy lofts i think it causes all kinds of problems |

| yes me to ray .......leave open as much as possible all year round and one loft has a removable porch that that acts as a landing board also and could be left open even when it rains ....better for the birds and better for us |

| I'm a great believer in ventilation, I hear all the time fanciers locking down their birds at winter time because they say they get cold. But they don't seem to associate this with illness during the winter time. |

| my stock shed is dowell fronted which i can cover if need be, but altho my main loft does have dowell fronted traps it also is mainly polly carbon at the front, i would prefer it to have been all dowelling but as we know widowhood needs to be so they cant see out of the loft...... |
