| i give them what they want, keep the mix weak to start with, increase to a heavyer mix when they have more workload, but they must be worked well around home, when they are fit enough you will know, then its down to motivation. hope this helps. |

| Hi Rene I used to give my birds 11/8 oz day daily
when I visited Geoff Kirkland He Told me me allways make sure they had plenty fuel as Channel island birds with all races
across the sea need plenty fuel or will not make it home**** |
