Hi my name is Pradeep i am a new starter please i need your people kind help that is i have some financial problems but i really like to have some show pigeons please if any one like to help me ? (07428182122) please help me i am living in London, Chingford.

find out where yer local club is and go along to it and ask the members their i am sure if you are genuine they will help you out ....failing that you could always buy some cheap corn and take yourself along to nelsons column and get some for free there

He wants show pigeons Daz if it was racers might be able to help

must be a showing club in london steve ...yes i would help out if it was racers but its nice to know a bit about someone first as i got stung before being to generous

its not getting pigeons ,its keeping them thats costs.if your struggling finacialy forget it as it will not be fair on yourself or your birds.i know this sounds a bit hard but its the truth ,be careful

Yep Agree

I'm not being funny, but housing them, feeding them and keeping them healthy isnt cheap. Keeping birds like anything else aint cheap.
Corn aint cheap, how ya gonna afford to feed um.
Another thing mate no disrespect to you, but I wouldn't be giving any complete stranger birds, especially knowing that maybe feeding them could be a financial burden to the new keeper.

Ive seen first posts like this before you give the birds then see them for sale on preloved and birdtrader within week

its maybe just me. but when I see someone on there first post asking for pigeons on the cheap.
alarm bells go.
may be better to tell members about himself.

Pradeep look at the comments made and the biggest mistake was asking for birds then saying you have financial problems

Best thing to do is find a local club in your area then start to visit them and see if you can help out for no reward /money and as time goes and you gain peoples trust then you mite even be offered a pair of birds free

But during this time you will see if they are really for you and you can see the real cost involved in keeping pigeons whether its show or racing pigeons

Yes got to agree with comments, I know some people want to kep pigeons and we should be encouraging it...BUT It isnt cheap and as they say a pet isnt just for christmas it has to be looked after 24/7 and needs cleaning and feeding daily, best advice for you my friend is to find a local fancier maybe someone on here knows some one near you and go and help them and look at thier birds first before you rush in and get a bird that you cant look after.
