martin whu 03425
fletch gb 39620
paul gb 23857
darren gb 23845
stew nws 1637

the 3 injured birds are

stormy gb23851 two bad legs but hope they mend soon
pete gb23850 cut to underside and limping on one leg
boxer gb01777 bad wing cant reach perch but not broken

sorry this has come about but there is nothing i can do once there released from the loft some may work back as for the injured ones its going to take time how long i dont know but they wont go training till they are flying and not limping they may have to miss the first few races and go into the come back races ill have to wait and see

the rest of the birds are still a little nerves but they went out tonight and flew for 40 minutes if you have any questions please ask as ive said i have to look after whats there still but im gutted for the ones missing seeing empty perches and injured birds isnt nice please have a thought for them who are birds missing

Thanks Ray very sporting of you mate, but I would rather you keep your own as that's just the way pigeon racing is you take a chance, and I have been unlucky so wouldn't be fair to others...but thanks very kind offer.

sporting gesture ray i feel for martin and the rest but like fletch says look around whats happening its fact they just aint working back
its not the case the birds are not good enough its the fear they get when hit some may split in a batch of 10 some may split in a batch of 30 some just scatter and flt so far there to dehydrated to think where they are and return lets not forget the only place they know where to get food and water is from the loft its not automatic they just see corn and water in a garden or field they just want home some fly themselfs to death trying sad but today all very true

You done you're best graham, can't ask any more mate. Once they're in the skies theyre never yours'. Knocks you down for a while but at the end of the day we all know there's a lot worse happens in life....puts pigeons in perspective. Keep smiling.
