weather is a big p-ss off

the weather looks murder for the week end doubt we will be racing just pure crap better with the birds at home than sending when it looks like no chance of racing whats u guys thoughts

ours are being marked on sat but cant see a lib until Monday at present and if it still looks that way sat morning I wont be sending

Looks like a gap in the weather around 10 o,clock sat morning for the midlands if they got it right!   

ours put back 24 hrs so far but doubt very much if we will get a race weather forcast looks like crap sean

it now 7-15 am , its broken cloud with bits of blue the wind i would say no more than 10mph i must have missed the storm

We are marking today for race tomorrow, I welcome this weather and will be sending the lot, to explain why, simply when its rainy and windy the falcons in Pembrokeshire are not out and about, or they will fly lower and not have a chance to dive on our pigeons, there fore we get good returns. Pigeons can fly in the wind no bother showers are ok if not too heavy, so lets hope we get a good one.

well we lib at 11-05 in a strong sw wind from yelverton ive 5 from 7 home and im doing 1675 - 1623 vel today it favours the back markers
as i think my came out of the back so i think they have over shot , we have had showers but since this morn the wind as picked up and is strong now .

rain most of the night here in leeds, still raining now.......wind has dropped slightly but still  breezy.

you only voiced what everyone thought don......I don't think many expected the race/returns they got.     

sat and sun both more or less the same weather but down here in somerset
i would say sunday was the better day still very windy but more sunshine
im one down from sat but it was a very fast race reaching vel over 2,000 ypm all our club members had good returns so a good race all round roll on the channel next week .

good luck kev we got a strong team going but who knows whats install for um
that water can brake or make a pigeon for sure

As I predicted despite the weather being terrible and showers with 25/35 mph winds here in wales it was a good race and returns were also ok.

Just found out I was 2nd club, The race was so slow I really thought I was last, just goes to show you never know with pigeons when your in the cards on a hard day.
