| I always like to handle them a few times George see how they are progressing also like to get the young cocks to fight me but then I never breed that many so easy for me to spend the time ...I just think they are less wild when weaned |

| I like to leave them alone as much as possible personally, whenever I go in and feed the parents I always have a glance at the ybs while the parents are off the nest, but I rarely handle them apart from ringing them..........as they get older and defensive I do like to put my hand near them or stroke them, but that's about all I do.... P.S. spoke to a fancier when I went for corn yesterday, I didn't know him but he spoke to me about him being "a bit over stocked", he told me he had 400 pigeons and he didn't have nest boxes, they just nested on the floor...... I though I was over stocked with 46..... |

I always liked to check the youngsters and make a fuss as this helps you to bond closer to your birds than just feeding them |
