| We basketed tonight for wetherby. I've only sent 1, I can't see them being let up tomorrow but Sunday doesn't look much better. |

yeah its touch n go mark ...Portland is only 62 miles for us so we could go as late as 4 in the afternoon and it does seem ok at Portland tomorrow but last 20 miles will be very overcast but for you I think it was a good call not sending atb |

| we race Portland nearly every week as a self supporting race or in the race programme if we never sent to Portland we would only race about 6 races in the old bird season ...I wish they would change the race point but pigeon organisations seem to do their utmost to make things difficult |

| wolverhampton fed liberated at portland at 3.00pm worcester fed and gloucester fed held down south watch out with your young birds if loosing them out tomorrow to any body south of the midlands |

| thanks for that mark they will come over the top of here ......we are not sending to Coventry the mrs is not well so that's it for me this season on the north |

| thats right don its no good crying over split milk now they have all gone every body will be looking for someone to blame should be looking in the mirror they all new the forecast

| I think our members birds have had a hard time over this season, Its good to to know that their birds have been wanting to return. To their loft for the care and attention they receive, Its a credit to all our members working in the partnership of this sport. Well done to all, hope they come home safe and well. |
