good or bad egg

been looking at a dvd were the fancier claims he can tell by looking at the egg if it's going to be a good or bad pigeon has any one heard of this theory

it says secrets never revealed before

this dvd will shake world pigeon racing

I think there's something in it

How does he do it, have you watched the DVD George

yes hoping dev can put the link up for me he also talks about the throat theory which was why I bought the dvd

someone once told me George, a theory is just another word for a guess......

still can't find anyone to say throat theory is not true on chat

no one can prove it either way George, its only an opinion at best.......

MMMMMMMMMMmmmmmm maybe not O/S. Each one etc one could put forward a case for there cause I suspect. Tho I would much prefer to follow the curtain line. I find it interesting, if one culled by all the theories out there, how many some of us would have left to race & thats why within reason     I let the basket be my teacher.

I suppose your relating to the throat theory oz which is a interesting theory....my theory is the landing board theory ,the first ones on it on race day are yer best birds

True O/S All theories tho     have a place I suspect in our sport. It's just where in the pecking order one tends to place them etc.

yes rainbow frank was a good friend of the belgium fancier and as i type this i have just remembered his name haelterman

would the throat theory be more of an indication as to a birds health, therefor meaning better performance, rather than indicating if a pigeon is simply a good one or a bad one...?

theories are just that otherwise they would be called facts yes I agree david the throat is a good indicator of health

we can all have opinions but when top winning fanciers say this is my theory and it works for me then you have to take notice what I see happens theories are shot down by fanciers who don't know how the theory works and have never tried it all that is said it's a theory so it don't work I don't really understand the throat theory even thou I have a video now if you have tried the throat theory or any other theory and found it don't work for you say so and you are winning out of turn with no theories I don't put down any theory like eye sign throat wing tail mainly because I admit I've not tried it now if anyone has tried a theory and fully understood it say so george

the throat theory is easy to understand George as is a lot of other theories I don't knock them but just stated that if they were proven correct then pigeon racing would be easy and we would all have a loft full of winners but it aint like that ...however theories are interesting to look at but until proven they will always be called theories not facts ...the throat theory is worth a read because you are learning about the birds anatomy at the same time and you can also get a good guide regards any single birds health jmo mind you maybe some other members could throw some light on the subject...not many fanciers win out of turn George I thinks its down to good pigeons a good maintainance regime and motivation but that's just my opinion but think... why do so many things work for so many different fanciers...could it be that good pigeons and good regime and motivation win pigeon races ,now wouldn't that be simple ...would not do the sales of top fanciers videos and books any good now would it

yes their are a handful George like gilbert and coopers and Kirkland but generally its difficult as competition is fierce and I agree you do need to lend a ear to what they say but coopers and gilbert don't have theories and Geoff likes the throat theory for health indications and pairing he rates them out of 10 and a 9 or 10 would be paired together ...most lofts have to go with what they got otherwise if you selected on theories you would not have many birds left

All I can say is is either a good or a bad in lol..the basket lets me know after that
