MNFC one loft race

just been reading  were the MNFC   are having a one loft race next year  could this be right

To be honest, if i was running a Org like MNFC, i would be looking to generate more money into the club.
And if this could be a way of doing that, i would look at this side of the buis.

the olr birds could race along side the national birds which would be good I like the idea

sounds a good idea to me....

what about those people who said olr is finished

don't know George, ive never entered one, but the ones ive read about seem to get a lot of stick

For me they are a good thing everyone on an even step and the management left to just one person

But you need to see the cost plus its the same with something news its fine for the first few years when its taking off the it peaks for a few years then starts to decline then never recover from the decline JMO

I think Don it's just under the mnfc name run by someone bob French name has been mention

that's interesting George as he is situated in Norfolk mate and I'm not sure if he is within the MNFC radius

First of all i think the mnfc olr, if it goes ahead. should be in a central point of the uk, and it should be a midweek comp to cut down on race clashes. This would then give members of the olr, a chance to visit loft on race days, if they are racing in their own club at weekends.

Alan Maile already runs a olr loft in Wisbech and his birds go with the mnfc yb national

George, Nigel Cowood did the same thing and he raced the birds in the MNFC in the early to mid 90's mate

George that is a very good valid point mate

Well lofts are between Evesham and Stratford, first hotspots from the coast, in the midweek. And 2 of the races will take place in conjunction of mnfc Y/b races.

George, i think it will be a good olr, the well-being of the birds will be paramount. And they will be training at the highest level. looking good.
